President, First on Scene Training
First on Scene Training is a leader in OSHA Compliance, Emergency training and large scale disaster drills, focussing on three key business units:
- Unit One focuses on working with companies educating them on Emergency and disaster preparedness. We also assist with OSHA compliance issues.
- Unit two is the leader in the LA area in large scale disaster drills. Our team specialize in Moulage. (Fake blood & Guts) we can manage drills with 400 victims. We teach moulage class to the military, private and public entities.
- Unit three is a leader in EOC, IC, ICS training's. We are authorized CSTI instructor for certain courses.
Mr Kocen is VP of Business Development and the Immediate Past President of BICEPP.
He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and National Registry EMT
