Biography

Currently supporting strategic goals of the Security, Safety, and Sustainability (S3) department at Sony Pictures Entertainment in areas of emergency preparedness and operational resilience globally, Tim's specialties have extended throughout the private sector of entertainment and have included creating robust Floor Warden trainings, Active Employee Volunteer programs, and Disaster Preparedness CERT Volunteer programs. His all-hazard approach to Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management are well-crafted for both small and large organizations. Tim was honored to receive a BICEPP Rising Star Award in 2019, and has been an active board member since 2020. He currently serves as the Vice President of Private Sector, and assists with Program Development, Creative Marketing Strategies, and Social Media efforts.


Tim's comprehensive knowledge and study of Emergency Management, along with his charismatic personality, enables him to deliver exceptional training to hundreds of employees and senior executives throughout Los Angeles, California. Being solution-minded and results-driven, Tim is a professional who takes pride in raising the quality of resilience within the communities he serves. Tim has trained with and learned from multiple agencies including FEMA, Los Angeles Police Department, Los Angeles Sheriffs Department, Securitas Security Services, Red Cross, American Heart Association, Community Emergency Response Teams, and both the Los Angeles City and County Fire Departments.
