Business Resilience Program Manager, Delta Dental
With over 15 years of experience in emergency management, Terri currently works for Delta Dental as a Business Resilience Program Manager responsible for developing and maintaining business continuity, emergency response and crisis management programs for all national and international locations. Terri is a Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) and also has emergency management experience in the public sector having worked for the American Red Cross.
Terri is currently on the board of the Business and Industry Council for Emergency Planning and Preparedness (BICEPP) and a member and Past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Contingency Planners (ACP). She is also a member of the Southern California Emergency Services Association (SCESA) and the Business Recovery Managers Association (BRMA). Terri is a member of Infragard, the CA Resiliency Alliance and the Earthquake Country Alliance. She has also served on numerous taskforces/workgroups to foster public/private partnerships and to establish and maintain local, state and national response/recovery plans and frameworks.
